Tracy Walter, Arizona Artist

From Billboards to Fine Art! This has been a long career, spanning the Western states from Oregon to Arizona!
Although I have pursued art education through art schools, classes, and workshops, the most influential education came from studying under established artists while painting pictorials on billboards. The billboard years, turned into wrap-around graphics on public buses, and I eventually become the national production manager for an advertising firm.
Years later, with a family and a new baby, I started Streamline Signs and Designs in Eugene and Bend, Oregon. Owning my own business allowed me to spend more time with my family. I especially enjoyed meeting different business owners and new exciting businesses. My work included wrap-around graphics on Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort's buses, and creating graphics for Tokyo Disneyland located in Japan.
Many years later, selling my business and moving to Arizona with my daughter, I was able to realize an artist's dream, and turned my passion for fine art into a full-time career. Working as a representational artist, I continue to create original oil paintings.  I have been a member of many art organizations and groups over the years including, Artist Coalition of Flagstaff, Williams Artist Group, Sedona Arts Center, and  Oil Painters of America.
You may have visited an event and seen my Oil Paintings in one of the many Art Festivals, Shows, Charity Auctions, Events, and Galleries over the years. I have been blessed to have been published, and have been the recipient of several awards. You can view and purchase my paintings online at tracywalter.blogspot.com. When I am not painting, I manage an art blog, Two Brushes and a Melting Clock.  Where I promote and support artists and events as much as possible!
